Alëna was first introduced to Yoga and Pilates in her early 20s and since then she has been discovering new foundations and the meaning of practice in her daily life. Pilates goes far beyond our body, it is a very spiritual practice in many ways. The practice has been transforming her life ever since, it helps her to make the right choices and aligns not only her body but her way of thinking. She is truly grateful for it.
Alëna has completed multiple Yoga trainings, Stott Pilates and Meditation with inspiring teachers. Life is a never ending journey of learning and discovery. She is trained in traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Her style is fluid, mindful with attention to breathing. It’s an absolute honour and joy to be able to share this magic and see how the world is transforming around her. Alëna also practices psychotherapy, coaching and Arts which adds to her tools in helping others through the journey which is called Life.
