Breathwork is a dynamic practice that harnesses the power of conscious breathing to facilitate emotional release, increase energy levels, and promote overall well-being. Through specific breathing techniques, Ewa will guide you in accessing altered states of consciousness that allow for deep healing and growth.
Accompanying the breathwork journey will be guided visualizations and somatic movements. These practices will help you further connect with your bodymind and unlock your body’s wisdom, leading to a more profound and holistic experience of self-discovery.
No previous experience in breathwork or meditation is required. This session is open to individuals of all levels who are ready to explore new depths within themselves and embark on a powerful healing journey.
