NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Nutritional therapy is the promotion of health and wellbeing through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support. We have nutritional therapists that can help you with general nutritional support or more specialised support in alkaline, raw food and plant based diets. Our starting package includes an initial consultation and 2 follow up consultations.

Nutritional Therapy includes:

1 x 75 minutes Initial Consultation

1 x 25 minutes short appointment to go through the plan (via Zoom) 

2 x 45 minutes Follow-Up Consultation

The initial consultation will last around 75 minutes, where a thorough case history will be taken, looking at all your systems in the body using the functional medicine framework, and complete a dietary analysis. Prior to the consultation, you will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary for a thorough understanding of health concerns, goals, and requirements.

After the initial consultation you will then receive: A detailed personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan with supplement recommendations if necessary, Handouts and any additional useful information. 

testing, which will be either through a gp or a testing company. Functional medicine testing is an additional cost.

 

Follow-up appointments: The follow-up appointments take place around 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation. If tests have been undergone they will be reviewed to develop new goals. You will then receive an updated plan and additional resources that will help you with your journey. This is an individual process and further appointments may be suggested if necessary.
