A full time holistic therapist with over 11 years of experience, Alex works with a wide range of modalities to help her clients to relax, become pain free, and increase their enjoyment of life.

She uses the most appropriate treatment for each individual and is continuously developing her therapy skills to address issues such as acute and chronic back pain, repetitive strain, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia and minor sports injuries.

With a focus on enhancing movement, Alex has recently worked with NHS consultants, nurses and carers during the pandemic, helping ease their aches and pains.

As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, Alex also sees adults and children who want improvement in relation to a specific action or have movement difficulties. Her clients come from diverse backgrounds including: people who have had a stroke, children, football players, yoga teachers, doctors, actors, and lawyers. She works with people diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s, CMT (Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease), Dementia and Multiple Sclerosis. She has worked with individuals recovering from a stroke as well as people whose movement abilities are affected as the result of a neurological condition. She also works with young children with movement difficulties throughout London (in Battersea, Clapham. Barnes, Hampstead and Muswell Hill) to teach and develop their crawling and walking skills.

Alex Frazier is a registered member of the Feldenkrais Guild UK and also teaches at North London Stroke Group. Alex has recently helped three stroke survivors regain movement in their affected hand and arm.

She works with: Everyday Life; Neurological Issues; Ageing; Sports Performance; Performing Arts; Pregnancy; Pain, Posture and Injury.
