Carmen Powell

Carmen is a fully trained and insured practitioner in some of the most effective Energy Healing Therapies, such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chromotherapy, Aura Cleansing and Chakra Balancing. She also works with Angel Energy and Sacred Geometry Symbols.

After a successful international career as a business executive, she decided to study Philosophy, Metaphysics and Body (Holistic Nutrition and Wellness), Mind (Psychological Therapies) and Energy Therapies to gain a deeper understanding of the world and the people in it. These fascinating subjects have led her to further self-knowledge and made her ready to help others on their journey of empowerment, transformation and wellness.

Living in the fast lane for many years, she understands the stresses that come from trying to be perfect at home and work, and suffered the consequences of a poor diet, self-doubt, guilt, and anxiety. Her journey as a therapist has helped her heal physically, mentally and emotionally and allowed her to help others in their goals to achieve complete wellness.

She is a member and accredited therapist by the British Association for Holistic Medicine & Health Care and the International College of Holistic Medicine. She is also DBS checked.
