Deborah Forsythe

Natural Menopause Therapist

From Accident and Emergency trauma in Belfast to consulting and coaching women on how to live their best lives - Deborah has over 30 years in the industry.

Having qualified specialising in Accident and Emergency medicine she was at the forefront of acute trauma at The Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, eventually leading the medical team.

In the early 1980's, she moved to London with her family and continued to use her trauma experience in St Thomas' and Guys' Hospital emergency units.

Her interest in medical aesthetics stemmed from observing the distress caused by facial trauma during her time working in Belfast and London.

In the 1990s, she had the privilege of working with several of the country's leading plastic surgeons.

Her field of expertise, non-surgical facial rejuvenation, age management and menopause, has been her passion for over 30 years. She has been a clinical consultant for Q-Med, a leading biotechnology company, and Allergan, a leading pharmaceutical company. She was a founding member of the education team of the First Master's Degree in Medical Aesthetics at the University of Central Lancashire.

As a lecturer, trainer and expert in medical aesthetics and age management, she has maintained a pan-European portfolio for 20 years.

She is a graduate of the Marion Gluck Academy, trained in hormone balancing therapy using Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and body identical therapy.

Her interest in Menopause and related hormonal disturbances came from her own experience.

Despite knowing and understanding the process, when it happened to her it was chaos. She promised herself she would find the pathways to help other women have the opportunity to change their own experience and take control of their menopause in a productive way. Through her work her clients regain their confidence and make informed decisions about their menopause transition.

She now provides women with solutions, treatments and support to sleep well, feel well, be strong and healthy, to live their best lives and be their best selves - all whilst navigating the challenges of ageing, and dealing with the physical and mental issues that arise from their menopause.

She specialises in treating her patients with a combination program of Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy and functional nutrition plans. Each program is planned for the specific individual needs of each of her patients.

Her methods have been tried, tested and shared with clients to achieve results.
