Mario is a practitioner of holistic bodywork, and has been practicing and assisting clients with their health and well being for over 25 years. He has trained in a variety of manual therapies, such as Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, Soft & Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, as well as incorporating elements of Acupressure, and Tuina. Each discipline can be given as a stand-alone treatment or often the sessions are applied in an integrative way combining the various techniques. The bodywork can range from deep physical therapy to very gentle and subtle holds that can encourage a therapeutic release of tension, to aid the body & mind to self-heal.
