SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Shiatsu is a Japanese holistic treatment. It uses various techniques to work with your meridians, which are the energy channels in your body. Along those pathways there are acupoints, which are stimulated with finger pressure to release blockages and to increase the flow of energy.
During the session, the therapist may also use their palms, knees and elbows with care to work on your muscles, meridians and fascia.
The benefit of Shiatsu is to support your mind and body holistically to regain your natural balance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we require 24 business hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 business hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
