Subconscious cleanse kriya to rid any deep seated sabotages that you can't define with your mind but feel its affects in your life through the playout of the subconscious and unconscious minds. We will awaken to our 5 senses through a sensorial somatic refresh and reset rebirth kriya to clear the cobwebs of the subconscious mind and free you from any neurotic thoughts or negative programming. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool to shake off the old limiting beliefs and step up the frequency and enter into the “new world” of energetics, somatic embodiment and high vibrational intuitive perceptions. We will crystallize the effects of the rebirth kriya with a special nidra shavasana and gong bath to implant a new abundant and widened outlook on love, life and living, with purpose. Astrological Outlook: On May 16th, the New Moon in Taurus prompts a new beginning–we’re starting fresh. We awaken to the need to take charge, particularly when making ourselves feel more secure and comfortable. It’s a time for reevaluating our relationship with money and possessions to discover what it is that we truly value and that which genuinely makes us happy and fulfilled. We should concentrate on what we can do to increase our feelings of self-worth and simplify our lives in key ways. This is a time for reconnecting with nature, to our bodies and the world of the five senses. Creative ways of seeing, using, and approaching our personal possessions, valuables, money, and talents are in focus. This lunation has much healing potential. It aligns with Mercury and widely harmonizes with Jupiter, and we’re clear-minded and positive.
